Allernova is a powdered milk based on hydrolyzed proteins. Thus, it is suitable for infants and young children with a cow’s milk protein allergy (APLV). It will meet their nutritional needs. It is a food intended for special medical purposes.

Allernova is formulated to meet all the nutritional needs of infants. It can be the only food source during the first 6 months of life.

From 6 months, Allernova infant milk can naturally be integrated into daily nutritional intake, within a progressively diversified diet.

Seek advice from a healthcare professional before introducing complementary foods, especially dairy or potentially allergenic foods (eggs, fish, etc.).

Allernova is gluten-free. It is not suitable for children with glucose-galactose malabsorption.

How to use:

Bottle preparation
Wash your hands properly before preparing each bottle. Use a carefully cleaned and drained bottle.
Use mineral or spring water suitable for infants, or use pure boiled water for 5 minutes more lukewarm.
Heat the required amount of water to a maximum temperature of 40°C then pour into the bottle.
Add the corresponding number of level and loosely packed measuring spoons, respecting the dosage: 1 scoop for 30 ml of water (only use the scoop included in your Novalac box).
Close the bottle with the flat cap and roll it briskly between the palms of your hands to avoid lumps forming.
Shake it back and forth gently until the powder is completely dissolved.
Control the temperature (<37°C) by pouring a few drops on the inside of your forearm. Give this bottle to your child without delay.

Adapt the number and volume of each meal to your child’s needs as advised by your healthcare professional.

Allernova has a particular composition, which has the consequence of giving it a different taste, appearance and smell from conventional infant formulas. Usage tips :
Do not prepare the bottle in advance.
Give the bottle within an hour of preparing it.
Do not add sugar.
Discard the contents of an unfinished bottle.
In order to preserve your child’s oral health capital, do not leave him the bottle beyond the duration of the meal.
After each use, the box must be tightly closed with the plastic lid.
After opening, for optimum quality, the powder should be used within 3 weeks.
